Today we shipped a fresh batch of CATL 3.2V 52.5Ah lithium iron phosphate battery cells to a customer in Canada.Each battery cell went through a full visual inspection before entering the packing line. Any unit with surface scratches, dents, terminal stains, or other visible defects was pulled from the batch and stopped from moving forward. Only cells with a clean, flawless exterior were cleared for final packaging and shipment.
After passing all checks, the cells were secured in cartons with foam dividers, corner guards, and reinforced tape. Each box was sealed and labeled before leaving the warehouse. We pack with care so your order lands in the same condition it left our dock.
