Today we sent out a batch of CATL 3.2V 122Ah lithium iron phosphate battery cells to a client in Sri Lanka. Each cell in the batch went through a full visual pass before touching the packing line. Anything with shell marks, terminal oxidation, corner dents, or other visible flaws was pulled and blocked from moving forward. Only units with a clean exterior cleared the gate and entered final packing for dispatch.

We run this same multi-step inspection on every overseas order. The aim is plain: supply dependable lithium iron phosphate cells for rooftop solar backup that survive real duty cycles. Catching faults at our end means our customers get steady output when they build the cells into their telecom tower backup battery bank or off-grid village microgrid — less field failure, less emergency swap-out, longer pack life before replacement.

Post-inspection, the cells were loaded into foam-divided cartons with moisture barriers, edge protectors, and strapped wooden pallets. Every carton was sealed and stenciled before gate-out. We pack this way so the cells arrive at your Colombo or Kandy warehouse in the same condition they left ours.
