Today we sent out a batch of EVE 18650 NMC cylindrical battery cells to a customer in the United States.Every single cell went through a complete visual inspection before reaching the packing area. Any unit with scratches, dents, rust spots near the can edge, or other visible surface flaws was removed from the batch and disqualified. Only cells with a clean, undamaged exterior were allowed into the final packing stage and cleared for shipment.
We apply the same multi-step inspection routine to every export order we handle. Our purpose is simple: deliver dependable NMC cells for portable solar generators that hold up in the field. By running these checks at our facility, our customers gain stable performance when assembling the cells into their outdoor solar power station or camping backup power unit — fewer failures during operation, simpler troubleshooting on site, and longer useful life before replacement.
Once all checks were passed, the cells were packed into cartons with foam inserts, vacuum-sealed moisture barriers, and reinforced corners. Each box was taped, strapped, and labeled before leaving the warehouse dock. We take extra precautions so the cells reach your door in the same condition we sent them.
