BEIJING, April 25, 2026 – REPT BATTERO made a powerful statement at the 2026 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, showcasing its comprehensive full-scenario power battery solutions for new energy vehicles. The company hosted four specialized technology conferences, highlighting breakthroughs in ultra-fast charging, material system innovation, and commercial vehicle applications, while outlining its accelerated global expansion strategy to drive the next phase of electric mobility.

Wending® Flash Charging: Eliminating EV Range Anxiety

The star of REPT BATTERO’s booth was its industry-leading Wending® Flash Charging Technology, built on the upgraded Wending® 3.0 structural design. By reducing tab length by 50%, the technology drastically cuts internal resistance, enabling a 10% to 80% state-of-charge in less than six minutes. It maintains stable performance across an extreme temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, making it suitable for EV use in all global climates. Since launch, Wending® batteries have been installed in over 350,000 NEVs with cumulative shipments exceeding 20 million cells, boasting an impeccable zero-safety-accident track record.

Wending® Solid-Liquid Hybrid Platform: Covering All EV Segments

To meet the diverse performance needs of modern EVs, REPT BATTERO unveiled its Wending® solid-liquid hybrid battery platform, supporting both manganese-based and high-nickel chemistries. The manganese-based variant, designed for mainstream passenger cars and plug-in hybrids, retains over 80% capacity at -40°C and delivers more than 4,000 full charge-discharge cycles. The high-nickel version, targeting premium long-range flagships, achieves an energy density range of 280–400 Wh/kg. This flexible platform covers every segment from mass-market commuter cars to high-performance luxury EVs.

Commercial Vehicle Solutions: Optimized for Heavy-Duty Operations

REPT BATTERO introduced specialized battery families for commercial and rugged applications. Its 350 kWh laminated clusterless battery is engineered for engineering vehicles such as concrete mixers and short-haul dump trucks, reducing system components to improve operational economy and durability. For mining haulers, the new 2C ultra-fast charging battery cuts charge time to approximately 30 minutes. Field data shows this solution increases transport capacity by 11.4% and reduces fleet procurement costs by up to 11%, delivering significant total cost of ownership benefits for logistics and mining operators.

Global Expansion Outlook

REPT BATTERO’s impressive showcase at the 2026 Beijing Auto Show underscores its growing technological leadership and global ambition. With continuous core technology breakthroughs and an accelerated worldwide expansion strategy, the company is well-positioned to empower the high-quality development of the global new energy vehicle industry across both passenger and commercial vehicle segments.
