Today we sent out a shipment of CATL 3.2V 160Ah LiFePO4 battery cells to a customer in Thailand.Every single cell was examined by eye before entering the packaging stage. Any unit with scratches, dents, stains, or other visible defects was pulled from the line and did not proceed. Only cells that passed the visual check moved forward into final packing and shipment.
We run these multi-step quality checks on every export order we handle. Our purpose is clear: provide dependablelithium iron phosphate cells for energy storage systems for real-world applications. By conducting these inspections at our facility, our customers receive consistent performance when deploying the cells into their on site solar battery bank or commercial energy storage system — fewer field issues, faster installation, and longer service life.
After all checks passed, the cells were packed tightly with foam padding and cushioning layers. Each carton was sealed, strapped, and labeled before leaving the warehouse. We take extra care to ensure the goods arrive in the same condition they left us.
