A fresh batch of 90 CALB 3.7V 169Ah NMC battery cells just arrived at our warehouse and was quickly prepared for a customer in France. Before departure, every unit went through a complete quality process.Our team ran voltage and internal resistance checks on all 90 cells right after arrival. Every reading came back clean and inside factory specification. Consistent results across the board.
Next, each terminal bolt was tightened with a calibrated torque wrench and verified against the required standard. Proper torque ensures secure connections and prevents loosening during transit or installation.
The last step was a careful visual scan. Each cell was checked for scratches, dents, or any surface flaw. Only clean cells moved forward. Once approved, the 90 units were wrapped in protective foam, packed into cartons, labeled, and photographed. The final image shows the shipment sealed and ready for France.
