Before shipment, we conduct comprehensive performance tests on each of the 16 CALB 44.4V 147Ah battery modules destined for Spain. Every test result is recorded on video and shared with the customer in real time, allowing them to verify that all modules are in good working condition prior to dispatch. This process ensures full transparency and helps build trust.
Following the performance tests, each module undergoes a thorough appearance inspection. Our team carefully examines the casing and connectors for any surface defects, scratches, dents, or irregularities. Only after confirming that every CALB 147Ah module meets our high visual quality standards do we proceed with packaging.
