Today we shipped 102 pieces of CATL 3.7V 17.5Ah NMC battery cells to our customer in Switzerland.Before packing, each cell underwent strict voltage and internal resistance testing. All readings fell within factory specification. The test data has been recorded and shared with the buyer for full transparency.
The attached image shows the torque testing process. Each terminal bolt was tightened and checked using a calibrated torque wrench. This ensures proper contact and prevents loosening during transport or installation. All torque values met the required standard.
After all tests passed, the 102 cells were carefully packed with foam protection and secured in cartons. Packages were labeled with shipping marks and destination details. The final photo shows the goods fully packed and ready for loading to Switzerland.
