A batch of CATL 3.7V 93Ah NMC cells was shipped to the United States today. Before packing, every single cell underwent a complete visual inspection. Any unit with cosmetic flaws or visible defects was screened out and did not move forward to packaging. Only cells that passed the inspection entered the packing stage and were finally dispatched.
Every cell in this shipment was individually tested for voltage and internal resistance to ensure consistent performance across the batch. This helps prevent mismatched cell voltages or high internal resistance when you assemble your energy storage system. In short, the cells are ready to use immediately, giving you smoother installation and more reliable operation on site.
