Before packing, we measured voltage and internal resistance on every single EVE 58Ah cell. All 65 units passed our strict standards with readings within factory specification. This ensures consistent quality and performance for the customer.
Next we ran a torque test on the terminal bolts using a calibrated torque wrench. Each bolt was properly tightened and checked to ensure secure connections and prevent loosening during transport or installation. All torque values met the required standard.
Each cell then went through a full appearance check for surface defects, scratches, or any visible damage. Only cells that passed all inspections moved on to packaging. Once all checks were done, the 65 cells were securely packed with protective materials. The final photo shows all EVE 3.7V 58Ah cells packaged and ready for shipment to Australia.
